The UZH Journal reflects the wide variety of topics and people at the University. Scholars, staff, and editors report on university developments and academic life. They shine a light on people and provide details about services and interest groups at the University.
Reading and Subscription
The UZH Journal appears six times a year in German. With a print run of 17,000, it reaches over 25,000 students, all members of the teaching staff, researchers, as well as administrative employees and the Executive Board of the University.
All members of the teaching staff, researchers, and administrative employees of the University receive their personal copy of the UZH Journal by post. The rest of the print run is sent out to interested external people and the media, as well as distributed around campus. Subscription to the UZH Journal is free of charge.

If you’d like to publish an article in the UZH Journal, please get in touch with the editorial team as soon as possible. The editorial team reserves the right to shorten your text or add headings and emphasis. If not expressly identified as such, articles don’t necessarily have to reflect the views of the Office of the President.
